“New Friends” is an R&B/Pop track infused with gospel-inspired soul, drawing influence from artists like PJ Morton and Samm Henshaw, while blending the playful Hip Hop/Rap energy of Childish Gambino and Chance the Rapper. The song puts a fun, tongue-in-cheek spin on cutting ties with people who bring you down and realising who your real friends are.
Already recognised as a 2026 WAM Song of the Year nominee in the R&B/Hip Hop category, “New Friends” balances its honest message with feel-good energy, turning the process of letting go of the wrong people into something worth celebrating.
Single Release - October 30th, 2026
